Celebrating 13 years of BB Agency (and how we’ve managed to get here)

Our story begins with two brothers: Filip and Matej.

After countless attempts at businesses that weren’t meant for us, we finally stumbled into something we genuinely enjoyed: designing and building things. A couple of commercial projects later, our partner Marino joined us, and our side hustle started to feel like something real.

Thirteen years after that one seemingly crazy idea was planted, we find ourselves here today.

It hasn’t been easy.

But it’s been wonderful.

Over a decade filled with long hours, tough decisions, and challenges that tested us, all of which we overcame together. Each failure became a lesson the moment we got up and tried again. No matter what happened, we stayed focused on the road ahead: on every small but meaningful win, on every bar we managed to reach before setting it higher again. 

The constant evolution of our craft and the strength of our connections kept us moving forward. With every project, we grew a little taller. Every client who felt the impact of our work and the people it reached reminded us why we started in the first place.

And now, after 13 years, 500 projects, and a team of 40 talented, delightfully quirky people from around the world, we can proudly say we’ve built something that matters. 

Our next chapter is on the horizon, but what we’ve achieved so far is more than enough reason to celebrate.
