AudiencePlus is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses build personalized, data-driven audience relationships. By leveraging first-party data, it enables brands to analyze behavior, predict trends, and optimize engagement.

A Bold New Platform Look: Redesigning for Usability, Flexibility, and Client Empowerment.

The app’s redesign aligned with AudiencePlus’s refreshed branding, creating a bold, playful aesthetic with gradients and logo shapes to reflect its identity. We focused on balancing striking visuals with usability, delivering a sleek, modern design with clear typography and ample white space.

The process began with wireframes, informed by research and personas, and refined iteratively using Figma to build a flexible design system. Prototyping and testing ensured intuitive navigation. For the marketing website, we used Webflow, GSAP, and Lottie to create a responsive, dynamic site that prioritized performance and scalability. Shifting priorities emphasized frontend customization, improving editing flexibility and brand integration while reinforcing the platform’s innovation and market leadership.

Enhanced Creator Management and Data-Driven Performance Insights.

The enhanced “Audience” feature provides deeper insights into subscribers and their companies, enabling role-based filtering and targeted engagement. The new “Creators” feature allows admins to manage creators, track performance, and optimize content strategies with detailed metrics.

Content creation is streamlined with a redesigned landing page that consolidates key metrics and collections. A split-screen layout—customization options on the left and live preview on the right—enhances usability and real-time performance tracking for a seamless experience.

AI-powered Copilot: Smart Content Creation Assistance.

The Copilot is a key feature designed to assist users seamlessly. Accessible via a widget on every screen, it provides unobtrusive yet convenient support.

Copilot analyzes audience behavior and user data to suggest ideas, trending topics, and improvements, helping optimize content strategies and identify emerging trends. It provides personalized recommendations to create audience-specific content that enhances engagement and performance. Users interact by typing prompts or selecting signals, receiving actionable guidance for effective decision-making and content optimization.

Seamless Dark and Light Mode Transitions for a More Personalized and Inclusive Experience

The redesign introduces seamless dark and light mode transitions, allowing users to personalize their experience based on environmental conditions or preference. This adaptive feature enhances usability and accessibility, ensuring optimal readability in both settings. Using Figma’s variables and color tokens, we implemented these transitions without compromising the platform’s visual identity.

The result is a visually appealing and consistent experience, providing a more inclusive, user-friendly environment that caters to diverse needs while maintaining the platform’s cohesive design.

Advanced Component Organization and Client Adoption of the Design System

To manage the growing complexity of the design system, we adopted a highly organized approach to component building, using Figma’s latest features to streamline the design process. We utilized booleans, text properties, and Tailwind-inspired tokens to create a flexible and scalable design system.

The marketing website was redesigned to align with AudiencePlus’s rebrand, delivering a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints. The updated design not only reinforces the visual identity but also communicates key platform benefits through motion, storytelling, and engaging visuals. A careful balance between clarity and visual density ensures the site is informative and visually appealing. The dynamic, cohesive site also highlights AudiencePlus’s AI tools that simplify workflows, enhance engagement, and empower data-driven strategies. These AI features are emphasized as solutions that personalize experiences and drive results.

For development, we combined creativity and precision using Webflow’s no-code platform for rapid, responsive site creation. GSAP and Lottie added dynamic animations, while Slick.js delivered sleek, responsive sliders. This carefully chosen tech stack ensured a fast, visually stunning website, reflecting our commitment to innovation and performance in digital experiences.
