A bold new style and smooth experience for the world’s leading no-code resource.

From idea to app—no coding required
Imagine creating your own software without typing a single code line. Your starting point? No.Code.Tech. Picture it as your ultimate toolkit, packed with resources, tutorials, and insights that enable anyone to dive into software creation, regardless of their level of technical know-how.
But designing a platform that’s both comprehensive and user-friendly is no small feat. This is where BB Agency stepped in. Our mission was to empower inquisitive minds of all stripes to realize their visions. We’ve embraced the challenge to design an exceptional user experience for non-coders, ensuring our design is not just attractive but also intuitive, unique, and cohesive.
Bold new vision, brave new style
NoCode.Tech’s existing brand identity lacked distinction, easily lost among similar color palettes of its competitors. The acquisition by Stacker brought with it the need for a bold new vision, signaling a new chapter in the evolving no-code movement. This change was embraced as an opportunity to connect with a wider audience of no-code enthusiasts.
Recognizing that NoCode.Tech serves a very diverse audience, we had to come up with a unique and accessible visual identity. To make the brand bolder and more memorable, we shifted to a distinctive typeface complemented by a vibrant color palette, diverse fonts, and expressive design elements—further enhanced with innovative pattern usage and integration with photographs, adding a creative flair.
Furthermore, our approach to visual language was narrative-driven. We developed a design system that doesn’t just look good but tells a story. Coupled with functional illustration styles and intuitive visual patterns, the design system was tailored to offer users a seamless and engaging experience on the platform.
Making NoCode.Tech user-friendly
In the UX research phase, we identified several key areas for improvement, each offering a unique opportunity to elevate the user experience.
The platform initially struggled with presenting tailored resources and educational content, often leaving users overwhelmed and leading to abrupt exits. Our solution was to create different user-friendly paths for content exploration, giving them compelling reasons to stay and engage. This required a more strategic structuring of the platform, linking diverse resources cohesively to form intuitive exploration routes.
Equally important was the navigation system revamp. Our goal was to enhance content discoverability, sorting pages by relevance to facilitate easier and more efficient user searches.
The platform’s language was way too technical and jargon-heavy, especially for their non-tech-savvy audience. We recommended adopting a more casual, approachable language style for general content, gradually introducing technical terms as users get closer to their go-to no-code resource. This approach aimed to strike a perfect balance between being fun and engaging yet business-oriented.
The strategic shift towards media-driven experience
NoCode.Tech revamp, among other things, involved a strategic pivot from just educational to a rich, media-driven experience. To get there, we proposed restructuring the sitemap and content hierarchy. This involved focusing the homepage on news and the latest industry trends, enriched with articles and guides for easy access to a comprehensive archive.
The final touch of the UX revamp was highlighting NoCode.Tech’s expertise and the quality of its educational offerings, aimed at solidifying its stance as a frontrunner in the no-code domain. We focused on promoting tool-agnostic, business-centric no-code skills, positioning the tools as enhancers rather than the main focus.
Removing the paywall was a strategic move to open up the platform’s rich educational content to a broader audience, making it more inclusive and accessible. The overarching goal of these changes was not just to expand NoCode.Tech’s audience but also to seamlessly guide more users towards becoming engaged Stacker customers, enhancing both reach and conversion.
Riding the next big no-code wave
We elevated NoCode.Tech with a comprehensive revamp that included a visual identity refresh, a user experience revamp, and a shift towards a media-rich approach. These changes did more than just update the platform’s look and feel; they expanded its reach and made it more accessible.
Today, NoCode.Tech stands as a dynamic, user-focused hub, opening doors for a broader audience to discover the world of no-code technology. The platform has now evolved into a dynamic, user-focused gateway, showcasing how strategic design can effectively boost user interaction and set new standards in the digital world.
A bold new chapter for NoCode.Tech
The comprehensive redesign and brand uplift of NoCode.Tech have repositioned it as a standout in the no-code movement, transforming its visual identity and enhancing user engagement. This revitalization not only improved usability but also refreshed the platform’s look and feel, making it a more attractive and inviting destination for both novices and seasoned no-code enthusiasts.
The NoCode team has successfully launched their new website, and we’re thrilled to see that it looks as fresh and vibrant live as it did in our design files.
